SHINE ON Minneapolis 2025
The SHINE ON Minneapolis Breakfast in September was a joyful morning to share the mission of Rise & Shine with over 355 guests. It was a fantastic event with new and old friends to share in the joy of the Rise & Shine mission at OLAG and all who recognize its importance.
Emmanuel Ogyem Boakye
Emmanuel was the first librarian at Our Lady of Grace Senior High School (OLAG). He is now an MIT Sloan Fellow and is a seasoned investment banking and financial markets expert. We were delighted to include him in the panel discussion at SHINE ON Minneapolis.

Four OLAG Students Participate in Notre Dame Summer Scholars Experience
Four incredible OLAG students made their first visit to the United States in June as scholarship recipients for the Notre Dame Summer Scholars program. Before and after their time on campus at Notre Dame, Blessing Wenawume Aduko, John Elliot Sena Koffe, Francess-Marie Gyasiwaa Sarsah and Cecil Tuglo spent time in Minnesota as Rise & Shine guests.
Kate Allerheiligen Joins the Rise & Shine Team
Kate Allerheiligen joined the Rise & Shine team this summer as the new Administrative Coordinator! She recently earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Creighton University and is excited to be a part of the Rise & Shine mission.
