About the Panelists

Jeff Dykstra is Co-Founder & Principal of Four Corners Exploration, an initiative that guides leaders into wild places to pause, reflect, and focus on flourishing. He is also a Venture Partner with Praxis, a venture-building ecosystem supporting founders, funders, and innovators motivated by faith to address major global challenges.

Warren Staley retired as Chairman and CEO of Cargill in 2007, concluding a distinguished 38-year career. He and his wife, Mary Lynn, have traveled to 82 countries, built homes with Habitat for Humanity, and championed the construction of Our Lady of Grace Senior High School (OLAG) in Mamponteng, Ghana.

Emmanuel Ogyem Boakye, CFA, FMVA, is a seasoned investment banking and financial markets expert with extensive experience in sovereign finance, debt, restructuring, and economic policy development. As an MIT Sloan Fellow he brings a wealth of global financial insights and strategic expertise to Ghana’s financial landscape. Emmanuel was the first librarian to work at Our Lady of Grace Senior High School (OLAG).
